On November 13, 2004, I signed up for Essential Cure Clinic Dubai Inc.'s return process at their Port Agustinaburgh, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $979.45, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Conor W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
