I am writing regarding order #ORD-2566-BHR-8553 placed with Life Remedy on August 3, 2022. I paid $638.25 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Gennaro P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
