Billing dispute with Select Dishes Eateries

On February 13, 2000, I signed up for Select Dishes Eateries's troubleshooting service at their New Scarlett, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $694.31, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Dayne V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
