Unresolved issue with Education of Excellence product

On September 14, 2006, I signed up for Education of Excellence's customer support at their South Arvidfurt, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $512.69, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Josianne X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
