Properties of Royal failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6786-FPK-8269 placed with Properties of Royal on August 31, 2006. I paid $651.3 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Simeon E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
