I am writing regarding order #ORD-2011-FWX-8696 placed with Advisory, Advisory & Counsel Ajman Corp. on March 10, 2013. I paid $204.10 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Katelynn X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
