I purchased a subscription from Complete Vitality Clinic on June 24, 2020. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rogelio B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
