I purchased a system from Doctor Alliance on May 23, 1970. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lenny I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
