Billing dispute with FamilyTherapy Corp.

On December 9, 2018, I signed up for FamilyTherapy Corp.'s delivery service at their Fadelburgh, Montana location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $77.48, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Nicholaus S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
