I have been a loyal customer of Properties Consultants Palermo Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-5594-IJN-4508) on July 1, 2020, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
