I am writing regarding order #ORD-8590-TJS-8928 placed with Secure-Byte on March 1, 1972. I paid $169.72 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Faustino C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
