Hidden fees discovered from Secure-Byte

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1417-KSK-4530 placed with Secure-Byte on June 16, 2001. I paid $708.20 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Malachi U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
