Unresolved issue with AIPulse Platforms LLC product

On February 26, 2007, I signed up for AIPulse Platforms LLC's return process at their Jodiestad, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $141.45, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Korbin N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
