Security vulnerability in RoboPulse Applications product

On March 22, 2012, I signed up for RoboPulse Applications's troubleshooting service at their East Hal, Montana location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $681.86, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Eileen O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
