I have been a loyal customer of Diligent Advisory Firm for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-5975-HXP-3947) on February 6, 1989, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
