Hidden fees discovered from Diligent Advisory Firm

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9745-PDW-8188 placed with Diligent Advisory Firm on October 5, 2003. I paid $545.27 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jeramy P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
