Poor customer service experience with Diligent Advisory Firm

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9037-LXU-6765 placed with Diligent Advisory Firm on May 5, 1999. I paid $990.67 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Carol S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
