Warranty claim denied by Expert Homes & Sons

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1671-VLT-1389 placed with Expert Homes & Sons on March 20, 2016. I paid $34.74 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Clement H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
