Billing dispute with Premium Land Consultants

On January 18, 2014, I signed up for Premium Land Consultants's return process at their Susiemouth, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $529.90, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lonny B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
