I want to report a serious concern with Med Specialists Group's item that I purchased on June 15, 2019 from your South Jessieburgh, New Mexico store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Juliana W., but my issue remains unresolved.
