I purchased a device from Training of Excellence Holdings on June 22, 2011. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Declan B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
