I am writing regarding order #ORD-1648-UCJ-8341 placed with Mind Excellence College Ipoh Inc. on October 13, 1973. I paid $679.96 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Arvel Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
