Unsatisfactory resolution from Justice Services Inc.

On March 16, 1981, I signed up for Justice Services Inc.'s troubleshooting service at their New Angelinafort, Utah location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $356.44, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Leonard J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
