Unsatisfactory resolution from LogicWare

On May 15, 2005, I signed up for LogicWare's premium plan at their Vivienneshire, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $227.14, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Pauline Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
