Unsatisfactory resolution from Prime Habitat

On June 3, 2017, I signed up for Prime Habitat's delivery service at their West Jaren, Georgia location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $174.63, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Trinity D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
