False promises made by Prime Habitat representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8584-TXJ-4695 placed with Prime Habitat on November 4, 1980. I paid $736.6 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Westley S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
