I purchased a membership from Hearty Feast Specialties on February 18, 1989. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Aubrey K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
