I purchased a subscription from Precision Homes Contractors on April 6, 2016. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Scarlett I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
