I want to report a serious concern with The Prime Med Clinic Inc.'s subscription that I purchased on June 6, 2009 from your McLaughlinport, North Carolina store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Kenyon Z., but my issue remains unresolved.
