False promises made by Solid Design Enterprises representative

I purchased a subscription from Solid Design Enterprises on August 6, 2002. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Darrick Q. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
