Unresolved issue with Living Investments product

On March 24, 2023, I signed up for Living Investments's repair service at their Kunzeport, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $595.45, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Edwardo F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
