False promises made by Robo Labs Enterprises representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7925-KSW-2243 placed with Robo Labs Enterprises on July 12, 2024. I paid $865.16 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Nathanial E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
