I have been a loyal customer of Precision-Homes for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-2929-BTD-5535) on September 21, 1978, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
