I am writing regarding order #ORD-3195-ZTK-5927 placed with Realty & Advisors LLC on June 15, 1997. I paid $859.26 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Sven J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
