I am writing regarding order #ORD-6589-GUD-9943 placed with The Learning Skills Petaling Jaya Corp. on July 23, 2000. I paid $792.12 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Constance W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
