Warranty claim denied by LogicEdge International

On January 6, 1980, I signed up for LogicEdge International's upgrade service at their Anafurt, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $469.26, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lori O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
