I purchased a unit from Smart Spot Corp. on January 16, 1983. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Maybelle Q. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
