Overcharged by Smart Spot Corp. for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9124-RIS-9426 placed with Smart Spot Corp. on November 4, 1971. I paid $727.27 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Marguerite P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
