I have been a loyal customer of Table Classics Seoul Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-4149-FJY-5817) on August 8, 1988, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
