I have been a loyal customer of Domain & Alliance for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-5813-MUM-7996) on January 20, 1995, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
