Justice, Justice & Chambers Holdings refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4846-MDH-7093 placed with Justice, Justice & Chambers Holdings on November 10, 2020. I paid $493.14 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Melany P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
