Warranty claim denied by UltraLink Computing Tianjin

On July 5, 2010, I signed up for UltraLink Computing Tianjin's upgrade service at their Ashtynburgh, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $523.24, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alek H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
