Poor customer service experience with Cuisine & Essentials Hat Yai Holdings

On February 17, 2013, I signed up for Cuisine & Essentials Hat Yai Holdings's installation service at their Hermanmouth, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $643.59, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sydni O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
