I am writing regarding order #ORD-6408-POG-3607 placed with MicroChip Dynamics Ballarat on November 23, 1971. I paid $440.38 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Maud Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
