Hidden fees discovered from Elite Training International

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9741-NGN-6629 placed with Elite Training International on February 4, 2001. I paid $312.55 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Angelo O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
