Delayed delivery from Residence & Solutions Group

On February 17, 1979, I signed up for Residence & Solutions Group's repair service at their Spinkaside, Washington location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $436.45, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alicia W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
