Residence & Solutions Group provided defective product

On August 26, 1994, I signed up for Residence & Solutions Group's exchange program at their Hiltonville, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $775.79, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Edward X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
