Balance Alliance refused to address issue

I want to report a serious concern with Balance Alliance's system that I purchased on September 4, 2012 from your Celinebury, Tennessee store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jay Z., but my issue remains unresolved.
