I want to report a serious concern with Balance Alliance's gadget that I purchased on August 10, 2008 from your Raumouth, New Hampshire store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Joan V., but my issue remains unresolved.
