I purchased a appliance from Wellness Group on January 24, 2003. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Bernardo H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
